Authenticity & Quality

1. How do I know the products are authentic?

Authenticity is our primary commitment. We source exclusively from authorized international distributors and direct manufacturers—never gray markets or unverified third parties. Every item we stock can be traced back to its origin source. We stand behind our inventory with a 100% money-back authenticity guarantee.

2. Do products come with English labeling?

We sell products in their original manufacturer packaging. Many K-Beauty and global fragrance brands include English ingredient lists on their packaging, but some items may feature packaging primarily in their native language (Korean or Arabic).

3. What is the expiration date policy?

We manage our inventory strictly to ensure freshness. We guarantee that all products shipped have a minimum remaining shelf life of 12 months (unless clearly marked as a "short-dated" clearance item).

4. What if products arrive damaged?

We inspect all inventory upon receipt at our US warehouse. However, if anything arrives damaged, please report it within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately.

5. Do you offer product samples?

We do not offer free samples. Instead, we maintain a low $250 Minimum Order Value (MOV) which allows you to purchase small test quantities of real inventory. We recommend using your first order to validate quality, authentic packaging, and scent profiles before committing to larger volumes.

Ordering & Minimums

6. What is the minimum order?

We offer an industry-low $250 Minimum Order Value (MOV). There are zero per-product minimums, meaning you can mix and match freely across K-Beauty and fragrances to reach the $250 threshold.

7.  Can I mix brands in one order?

Absolutely. One of our biggest advantages is the ability to consolidate your supply chain. You can combine Korean skincare, Arabian oud, and European fragrances into a single order, saving you time and shipping costs.

8. Do you accept backorders for out-of-stock items?

Yes. We can accept backorders for many out-of-stock items, but fulfillment depends on the next restock ETA. Contact us for the current estimated timeline before placing a backorder.

9. Is there a maximum order limit?

There is no maximum order limit. However, for extremely large orders (over $10,000), we recommend contacting our support team first to ensure we can arrange the most efficient freight logistics for you.

Shipping & Logistics

10. Where do you ship from?

We ship select in-stock items from our US-based California warehouse, which typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Other items are fulfilled overseas with a typical 3 to 5 week delivery timeline. Each product page shows the current availability and estimated delivery timeframe.

11. What is the shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination. - Standard Orders: Rates are displayed at checkout. - Bulk/Freight Orders: For large volume orders requiring palletizing or trucking, we will arrange the most efficient logistics and confirm the final cost with you immediately after your order is placed.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to US addresses only (including Hawaii and Alaska). We are working on expanding our logistics network to Canada and the EU in the future.

13. Can I use my own shipping account (FedEx/UPS)?

For standard orders, we use our own discounted carrier rates to keep costs low. For large wholesale orders, if you prefer to arrange your own freight pickup or use a specific corporate account, please contact us before placing your order to arrange logistics.

14. How fast will my order ship?

We pride ourselves on speed. Most in-stock orders placed before 1 PM PST are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

15. How quickly is my account approved?

We review applications instantly. Most accounts are approved within minutes during business hours, giving you immediate access to wholesale pricing.

16. Do I need a professional license to order?

No. You do not need a professional esthetician or cosmetology license. You only need a valid business entity (EIN/Tax ID) to verify your wholesale status.

17. Do you allow sales on Amazon or third-party marketplaces?

Yes, we work with many online retailers. However, please note that we provide general wholesale invoices. We do not provide specific "Letters of Authorization" for brand gating on Amazon, as those must come directly from the brand owners. You are responsible for ensuring you are eligible to sell specific brands on your chosen marketplace.

18. Do you offer payment terms?

For your first order, payment is due at checkout. For established partners with a consistent order history, we offer Net 30 or Net 60 terms upon credit approval.

19. Is there a membership fee to join?

No. There are no monthly fees, sign-up costs, or hidden membership charges. You simply pay for the products you order and the shipping.

20. How is Haven Co. different from other wholesale suppliers?
