RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. General Return Policy: All Sales Final
    Due to the nature of wholesale health and beauty products, and to ensure the safety and integrity of our supply chain, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold inventory, "change of mind," or customer preference. Exceptions apply only to verified issues such as wrong items shipped, transit damage with documentation, or cases approved in writing. Returns require an RMA. Any approved refund is issued only after received items are inspected. By placing an order with Haven Co, you acknowledge that you are a business entity purchasing goods for resale and assume full responsibility for product selection.

  2. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
    We stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong SKU sent), we will make it right.

    • Reporting Window: You must report any issues via email within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after 7 days will be considered accepted by the buyer.

    • Resolution: For verified claims, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a store credit/refund for the value of the affected goods.

  3. How to File a Claim
    To file a claim, please Contact Us with the subject "Report Damaged/Defective Items". Your message must include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product.

    • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging materials.

    • A brief description of the issue. Failure to provide photos or reporting outside the 7-day window may result in your claim being denied.

  4. Returns Due to Manufacturer Changes
    Manufacturers occasionally update packaging or formulations. Haven Co. ships the latest version available from the manufacturer. Minor discrepancies in packaging (e.g., new logo placement) or formulation updates that do not affect product safety are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

  5. Refused Shipments & Unauthorized Returns
    If a shipment is refused by the buyer or returned to us without prior authorization (RMA), the buyer will be responsible for:

    • Original shipping costs.

    • Return shipping costs.

    • A 25% restocking fee. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

  6. Marketplace & Amazon Restrictions
    Haven Co. is a wholesale distributor. We are not responsible for your ability to sell specific products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop).

    • We do not accept returns because a marketplace has restricted your account or "gated" a brand.

    • It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify eligibility to sell a product on their chosen platform before purchasing.

  7. Refunds
    Authorized refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the returned inventory. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
